John Chan (Queen Elizabeth Hospital)

Dr. John Yiu-Han Chan is a Consultant and the Renal Team Head at the Department of Medicine, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Hong Kong. A graduate of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, he completed his Internal Medicine and Nephrology training at Queen Elizabeth Hospital and the Division of Renal Diseases and Hypertension at the University of Colorado, USA. Dr. Chan currently serves as the Chairman of the Organ Registry and Transplant System (ORTS) Implementation Workgroup for the Hospital Authority of Hong Kong and is a Council member of the Hong Kong Society of Nephrology
