Research Interests

1. Human Disease Stratification via Multi-Omics
Integration of advanced multi-omics platforms with immunological frameworks to refine molecular classification of autoimmune diseases and cancers, with the goal of enabling precision therapeutic development.

2. Regulatory T Cell (Treg) Biology and Dysfunction
Investigation of Treg-mediated immune regulation in inflammatory and tumor microenvironments, focusing on mechanisms of immune tolerance, dysfunction, and their contribution to disease progression.

3. Immune Mechanisms in Inflammation and Cancer
Dissection of cellular and molecular immune networks within diseased tissues to identify key pathways driving pathology and potential targets for therapeutic intervention.

4. Translational Immunology and Therapeutic Target Discovery
Identification of actionable immune targets to restore immune homeostasis and develop novel immunomodulatory therapies.

5. Single-Cell and Spatial Immunoprofiling Technologies
Application of high-dimensional platforms, including CyTOF, Olink proteomics, single-cell RNA-seq, scATAC-seq, scTCR/BCR-seq, and spatial transcriptomics (Slide-seq, NanoString GeoMx/CosMx, 10x Visium), to characterize immune landscapes in health and disease.
